You can easily reach the apartment with a pull-out to the 4th floor, the one floor to the 5th floor is only accessible via stairs.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has two 1.80×2.00 m box spring beds, the second bedroom also has a 1.80×2.00 m box spring bed, both bedrooms have a wonderful side view of Schwerin Castle and both are equipped with smart TV.
In the living room you will find a large living area with a reading corner and also a smart TV.
The new kitchen invites you to cook and linger – enjoy your coffee in the morning with a view of Lake Schwerin.
At the large dining room table there is enough space for shared meals and convivial evenings. In our new modern daylight bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet and large washbasin, the day starts perfectly. There is also a completely newly modernized guest toilet at your disposal. In the apartment there is also a small utility room with a washing machine with integrated dryer so that you can wash your clothes during longer stays.
Our apartment is tastefully and stylishly furnished and ensures a comfortable and inviting ambience. It offers you enough space so that you can feel comfortable and have a pleasant stay with us.
Access to the apartment is via a smart door lock from Nuki.
Schwerin main station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (1 km) or with tram line 1 or 4 from/to Marienplatz.
If you arrive with more than one car, there are plenty of other parking spaces in the immediate vicinity: the parking lot “Altstadt” is located about 500 m from the apartment on Werderstraße with entrance in Schliemannstraße and has 200 car parking spaces. Max. daily flat rate 10,- EUR, night rate 17-8 o’clock 3,- EUR. EUR 2.50 per hour or part thereof.
In the immediate vicinity is Schwerin Castle and the jetty of the White Fleet. The pedestrian zone of Schwerin’s old town begins right outside the front door.
